One of the biggest things I take pride in is my ability to do great makeup. I spend hours playing around, trying different things and incorporating subtle differences in my daily routine. Being able to incorporate different colors and makeup formulas is always so fun for me. Last year I dipped my toe in the BECCA palette world when I picked up the BECCA X Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette and I fell madly in love with it. I love doing a good bronze glowy look, and this palette gives you all that and more.

Even just looking at it, the packaging is beautiful. Beyond that though, the colors blend seamlessly and become the perfect spring/summer shades that you’ll love if you’re into a peachy/bronze vibe. I still use mine in the winter when I’m longing for the warmth of summer. You can see in the photo above, I’ve used it a lot and given it a lot of love.

Late last year I was thrilled to see that two different BECCA palettes went on sale around the holidays. I was easily able to snag the BECCA Apres Ski Glow Face Palette – this one is still available on some sites but sadly not at the sale price. I wanted to see if I loved this one as much as the first one I had, and I DO. My favorite shade is the bottom left – the perfect bronzy blush. The copper shade warms your face in the winter and blends with some darker blushes I have. Some of the colors are similar to the Chrissy Teigen palette, and I don’t know if I needed both, but I certainly do use this one in my rotation.

The other palette I tried desperately to snag on sale was the BECCA Apres Ski Glow Collection Eye Lights Palette. This one is available on only some sites at this point – I bought mine on Poshmark. I use brown/gold eye shadow shades pretty consistently and I was curious to see if I loved the eye shadow as much as I love the blush and the bronzer. While I do use this one often, I can’t use it all the time because it is pretty glittery. If you love shimmer, this palette is definitely for you.

The last palette I purchased is actually the one that came out long before any of the others. I’m talking about the BECCA X Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop Glow Collection Face Palette. Since BECCA is my latest obsession and I, of course, love Jaclyn Hill I knew I had to search the internet to find this. I managed to find a great deal on a slightly used one on Poshmark (I believe this is sold out, so you can check eBay or Poshmark for one). I know that doesn’t sound great, but I made sure it was cleansed and has plenty of product left. I’m SO glad I snagged it. Even though I already have one of the highlights I now have both and the blushes are gorgeous. Yet again, everything blends to perfection. Now, I clearly have a peachy bronze addiction, so if that isn’t your thing I’d steer clear from BECCA’s palettes. But if you love it – you can go to town with these. I’m so excited for the summer to break these out even more. The beauty of it though is that even in the winter they offer a truly healthy glow – so they are a staple year round.
